1. Booking and Payment
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official website (www.salaagta.com) or other authorized channels.
1.2 Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
1.3 Full payment will be collected upon meet-up.
1.4 Prices are quoted in Philippine Peso and are subject to change without prior notice due to
fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or other factors.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the terms of the specific package booked.
2.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 24 hours and may be subject to administrative fees.
2.3 No refunds will be issued for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
2.4 Cancellations made within 48 hours before the tour will result in the down payment being non-refundable.
3. Changes and Modifications
3.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any travel package due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings.
3.2 In the event of such modifications, the Company will offer alternative arrangements of equal value or provide a full refund.
4. Travel Documents and Requirements
4.1 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
4.2 The Company will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.
4.3 Health and safety requirements, including vaccinations or COVID-19 protocols, must be strictly followed.
5. Liability
5.1 The Company acts as an agent for third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport operators) and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by their services.
5.2 The Company is not responsible for any loss or delay caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or government actions.
6. Use of Personal Data
6.1 By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for booking purposes, including but not limited to first name, last name, email, phone number, and address.
6.2 Your personal information may be shared with third-party providers to facilitate your booking.

7. Photography and Media Usage
7.1 By participating in our tours, you agree that the Company may capture photos and videos during your trip.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to use these media assets for marketing purposes on social media, websites, and promotional materials.
7.3 If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff in advance.
8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1 Complaints must be raised promptly during the tour to allow for immediate resolution.
8.2 Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours after the tour’s conclusion.
8.3 Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.
9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1 By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
